Latest Precautions to Ensure Your Safety and What Your Visit Will Look Like

​You will arrive for your appointment.

Please keep to time, not early, not late, every minute is budgeted to avoid crossover of clients & allow proper time to sanitise and prepare for you.

There will be no waiting area, when you arrive I will be ready and set to go.

If you want to know how long to allow for your visit, see the price list below. It has service name, time to allow, price & loyalty points earned printed. If you are colouring or perming, don’t forget to add any toning processes, cutting or treatment services to know the total time of your visit.

There is an essential only cloakroom, I will be purchasing garment bags to protect coats and jackets if needed. Any other items such as bags or umbrellas will need to be kept with you.

On arrival, I will provide you with hand sanitiser, your own protective face mask, which must be worn for the duration, single use gowns, capes & small hand towel if you need to wash your hands. All hair towels are disposable.

For myself, I will be using single-use aprons & disposable gloves & face mask, changed every 4 hours. All equipment, seating & surfaces will be sterilised for each new client. Hair will be tied back. All disposable items will be in a lined bin & all laundered items will be disposed of in a lined bin & washed daily at 60 degrees .

There will be less, if any items out on the styling units. All used items such as products will be sanitised after each client.

The retail stand is still available, but will only be able to be touched by me.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to offer magazines or manicure equipment until we are fully back to normal.

I have invested in disposable cups so you can still enjoy a refreshment in the salon.

For payment, just while these new measures are in place, I’m going to ask for payment to be made by card or gift voucher.

You will be able to book on one appointment at a time until things return to normal.
